In 2007, Mrs. Bunzel founded LRF Appraisals, a firm that soon became synonymous with the appraisal of complex, high-end properties in Manhattan. LRF Appraisals continues to specialize in a wide range of property segments, including condominiums, cooperatives, condo-ops, condo-tels, single-family homes, multi-family properties, mixed-use properties, and land valuation.
